Spaces Available: 12 Discover the confidence, creativity and freedom of sexy style floorwork in a welcoming, body-positive space where every woman is encouraged to move in a way that feels authentic to her. This 12-week course is designed for all experience levels and explores a new theme every six weeks, giving you the opportunity to experiment with different styles, music and movement while building strength, flexibility and confidence along the way. Unlike our performance terms, this course is all about enjoying the process. There are no showcases or performances, just a chance to dance, learn new skills and reconnect with yourself. What you'll explore: Over the term you'll experience a variety of exciting themes including: ✨ Slow & Sensual – Connect with your body through fluid, expressive movement. ✨ Twerk – Learn fun techniques, build confidence and embrace the joy of movement. ✨ Classic Rock – Powerful choreography, dramatic energy and a few satisfying heel clacks. ✨ Strip Tease – Explore confidence, musicality and playful choreography using layers such as a button-up shirt. Participation is always at your own comfort level. ✨ Girlie Pop – High-energy routines inspired by iconic pop anthems from the '90s and 2000s. ✨ Freestyle & Flow – Learn how to connect movements together, build confidence improvising and discover your own unique style. Who is this course for? Absolutely every woman. Whether you've never danced before or already have experience, every class is designed with progressions and modifications so you can dance at your own pace while improving strength, mobility, coordination and confidence. What you'll need • Water • Comfortable clothing • Pole or floorwork heels (optional) • Knee pads (recommended) or an alternative such as thick leggings, leg warmers or over-the-knee socks. About the Instructor Yael is an X-Pole certified floorwork performer, burlesque and old-school pole dancer, known for creating welcoming classes that blend technique, musicality and confidence in a fun, supportive environment. *Pricing & Instalment Options * 1.
