This workshop is a mix of everything in burlesque. We're starting with a gentle introduction to burlesque and we will then get to design our own costumes, poses, makeup, movements and facial expressions for your new stage persona. This workshop is suitable for complete beginners and those who already have a stage persona but want to polish it up or come up with new ideas about what to bring on stage and experiment with different concepts. What to bring: - Heels (optional) - Water About the teacher: Nat is the owner of BAW Dance and she leads the burlesque and belly dance courses and showcases. She has choreographed burlesque dance for multiple stages in London and has helped students find their voice and personas.
