Service Description

Dance prayer is a two-hour workshop where we will explore how to listen to the dance that the soul longs to dance. We will begin by becoming more awake to our connection to the body and softening into receptivity. From there, we will experiment attuning to subtle energies and cultivate the kind of presence that arises when we are truly "here". Together, we will explore how to create a personal dance prayer–movement as an offering of love to ourselves and the world.
