Hosted by BAW Dance and led by the fabulous instructors Nat and Lizzy, the workshops will take place in London on July 21st from 10:00 to 1 PM. No prior experience is necessary – just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to unleash your cheeky side!

Cheeky Chair Dance

Dive into a world of playful and sultry dance moves, all centered around the art of chair dancing. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just looking to try something new, Lizzy's expert guidance and infectious energy will ensure you have a blast while boosting your confidence and embracing your inner diva. 

Heels are optional, something to protect the knees, like kneepads, or over the knee socks would be highly recommend for this class!

Slinky Floorwork

Is it getting a little bit hot in here? We're dimming the lights and taking it down to the floor with the sensual element of floorwork! Get ready to unleash your inner sensual goddess and connect with your body and mind through slinky movements.

Veil Belly Dance

Grab your veil and let's learn the basics of belly dancing and movement expression with this romantic belly dance workshop. Allow your spirit to give in to the music and become as light as your veil through this powerful and unique belly dance workshop.
