This taster class is designed to introduce you to floorwork and dancing in heels, all within a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Here's what to expect from the class:

Introduction to Floorwork

Warm up and learn the foundational techniques of floorwork and heels, badass walking, flawless transitions, fluid movements, and empowering poses.

*No prior heel-wearing experience is needed.

Choreography

Learn a sultry choreography that combines everything you will learn. We aim to create a supportive and encouraging community of women to help you practice self-love and acceptance in the studio.
