The Cowshed is a charity which provides support to people of all backgrounds in a time of personal crisis. The aim of The Cowshed is to provide good quality cleaned and ironed clothes and other essentials free to anyone in need.

Our initiative is dedicated to supporting the people of Gaza, providing a space where individuals can breathe, reflect, and heal. Through the act of painting and creative expression, we help people process trauma, express grief, and reconnect with their inner strength.

Led by experienced art therapists, our programs focus on using art as a tool for emotional release, healing, and resilience, guiding individuals through a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.​

AWA DANCE is a leadership charity empowering women and teenage girls through the transformative power of dance. Helping participants grow as leaders, amplifying their voices and drive change in their communities.

Their work includes leadership and dance workshops, a mentoring programme for women in dance, the Girls in Dance Festival in Birmingham, safeguarding training and advocacy events.
