Join Samanta for an intimate 90-minute Heels choreography workshop set to Sparks by Coldplay a romantic, beautifully understated song that invites you to move with softness, intention and emotion. We’ll explore smooth heels transitions, gentle floorwork and expressive movement, learning how to make every gesture feel connected to the music. This isn’t about rushing through steps or getting everything perfect. It’s about finding your own rhythm, feeling comfortable in your body and allowing yourself to get lost in the choreography. Workshop structure: - A gentle warm-up - Technique breakdowns covering transitions to the floor, fluid movement and heels foundations - Musicality, storytelling and expressing emotion through heels dance - Learning and polishing a complete choreography together Complete beginners are welcome!! Samanta will guide you through the movements, with room for more experienced dancers to explore their own expression at the end. Meet Samanta: Samanta has been dancing for over five years and has more than two years of teaching experience across Heels, floorwork and strip plastic. She loves sharing her passion for movement and helping dancers connect with the music and express themselves through choreography. What to bring: • Heels: Optional but highly encouraged, even for beginners. Choose shoes you can move in comfortably. Preferably not tall floorwork platform heels as we will walk around the room. • Knee pads: Recommended, as the choreography includes some floorwork. • Outfit: Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and sensual. • Water bottle: Essential, as drinking water is not available in the building.
