At BAW Dance, we are committed to creating a space where dance, empowerment, and self-expression are accessible to more women, especially those from communities historically excluded from wellness, arts, and movement spaces. As part of that commitment, we offer a limited number of discounted places (15% off) each term. These apply to bundles and pricing plans only (not single drop-in classes) and are intended for students ready to attend regularly and fully participate in the BAW Dance community.

This is not about proving need, it’s about offering intentional support in alignment with our values of inclusivity, equity, and respect.

MENAHT – For dancers from Middle Eastern, North African, Hellenistic, or Turkish backgrounds, in recognition of the cultural roots of belly dance. Applicable to belly dance classes/courses.

BIPOC – For Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour, as a gesture of reparative pricing and acknowledgement of systemic barriers.

LGBTQIA+ – For individuals facing discrimination and exclusion based on gender identity or sexuality.

Sex Workers (SW) – For current or former sex workers, in recognition of the deep connections between sex work and the origins of burlesque and floorwork. Applicable to floorwork and burlesque classes/courses.

How to Apply:

To apply for a discounted space, please email us sharing 2–3 sentences on how joining BAW Dance would support you this term. We’ll review all submissions and offer places based on alignment and commitment.
