Learn how to handle pois and spin them around you without getting tangled up in the process. Dancing with pois is probably one of the most elaborate art forms of spinning. This workshop will teach you how to spin with confidence, tips about how to handle different situations on stage and of course how to spin your pois confidently with fire! This workshop will not have fire, but you will walk away with all the practiced skills to learn how to spin your pois with fire. What to bring: - A pair of long socks (over the knee) or long gloves - Two tennis balls If you have pois please bring them - Water About the teacher: Michal is a performer and a fire spinner. He works mostly with pois and has been spinning in Poland and most recently, in London. He is eager to teach the art of spinning with fire to new entrants in the space with safety and taking care of all the precautionary measures so you can spin confidently at all times.
