Taster Beginner Heels Class

This class is perfect for those who want to unleash their inner diva and ignite their confidence with our immersive two-hour Floorwork and Heels Taster class! Join us as we launch our autumn term for a taster class about all the things you could learn with us! This taster class is designed to introduce you to floorwork and dancing in heels, all within a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Here's what to expect from the class:

Introduction to Floorwork

Warm up and learn the foundational techniques of floorwork and heels, badass walking, flawless transitions, fluid movements, and empowering poses.

*No prior heel-wearing experience is needed.

Choreography

Learn a sultry choreography that combines everything you will learn. We aim to create a supportive and encouraging community of women to help you practice self-love and acceptance in the studio.

Our experienced instructor will guide you through every step of the class, so you always get to ask questions and make sure you are left feeling supported.

Although this class is for beginners/complete beginners, it suits anyone who wants to polish and refresh their basic floorwork and heels skills. Whether you're an absolute beginner or have a dance background, our class caters to your needs.

What to Bring:

• Heels (if available)
• A water bottle
• Kneepads or over-the-knee socks (optional)
• Comfortable clothes to move in
