This course is designed as a choreography - based learning experience. You will learn a full floorwork choreography that naturally incorporates essential basic elements into the routine, allowing you to develop technique, coordination, and confidence simultaneously. The level is suitable for beginners and "confident beginners." At first, the pace may feel a bit fast - but growth doesn’t happen without challenge. You may encounter movements that feel new or unfamiliar, and that’s a good thing: real progress begins outside your comfort zone. The course includes: · a warm-up · a choreography divided into two parts · count-based teaching for a clear understanding of timing · additional practice videos with the choreography performed at different speeds (from 60% to 100%), allowing you to gradually build confidence, control, and musicality This structure helps you learn the material comfortably, repeat it as many times as needed, and fully integrate the movements into your body. Ultimately, this course is about building strength, control, and trust in your body - all while enjoying the process. About Samanta: Hi, my name is Samanta. I have been teaching floorwork to women for over 3 years and have more than 4 years of dance experience. Throughout my journey, I’ve trained and performed in various styles, including floorwork, vogue, commercial, high heels, frame up, and strip plastic, all of which strongly influence my movement quality and teaching approach.
