Slow it down. Connect with your body. Take up space. We're bringing our slinky, sensual energy to the pole as we move around it and on the floor. This workshop is the perfect blend of floorwork and pole and is for anyone who wants to explore their sensual side in a space that feels safe, celebratory, and completely judgment-free. What to wear & bring: - Wear something you feel amazing in: pretty lingerie, a bodysuit, whatever makes you feel like you. We'll be doing a fun mini-peel moment during the choreo, so wear something you can remove from your top half (a robe, hoodie, button-down, tie-up top, or a bra over another bra/pasties all work perfectly). - Knee pads are highly recommended - Pole heels (optional) - Water is essential No experience required.
